Episode 001: 3 Components of Hope, Healing and Wholeness

Learn to take action in jumpstarting your own miracles.

After facing trauma in my own life, and being clinically diagnosed with PTSD, I found myself feeling broken and hopeless. In this episode, I share with you my personal story of struggle and of overcoming.  I highlight how I found hope and wholeness, and how I’m now aiming to cheer you along in doing the same.

Families and teens are facing some unique challenges right now. Hope, healing and wholeness may seem unreachable and almost impossible to achieve today.  Many people are seeking relief, and many are in need of miracles.

What I have discovered through my own struggles is that there are three components of hope, healing and wholeness.  These three components will be the foundation of what my guests and I discuss here on this podcast, and what I anticipate will be the points of action for those who find themselves without hope.  It takes a combination of all three.

Listen to the entire introductory episode of this faith-based podcast to learn about what these three components are, and  how you can take action in jumpstarting your own miracles, and develop increased strength and resilience in the process-all while growing your faith.

Please join me for future podcasts as we discuss some of the unique challenges our families and teens face today.  We will address addiction, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, screen time habits and much more.   I will be chatting with guests who have created wonderful tools and resources that are backed by science and linked to gospel truth.  I’ll also be discussing strategies to help our families have resilient faith, and ways we can more effectively minister to those around us.  Let’s do this, friends!

I’m cheering you on!
