Announcing My New Podcast!

With hope, wholeness and healing as the underlying theme, I’m launching a podcast in January 2021!

The Latter-day Families Stand Podcast: Resources and tools for thriving Latter-day Saint families.
As a  faith-based podcast geared towards Latter-day parents and leaders, I will be focusing on helping our families overcome the unique challenges they face today: addiction, anxiety, stress, depression, anxiety, stalking/aggression from others, technology/screen time habits, and much more.  I’m  chatting with guests who have created wonderful tools and resources that are backed by science and linked to gospel truth.
I’ll also be discussing strategies to help our families have resilient faith, and ways we can more effectively minister to those around us.
I’m excited about my lineup of guests so far:  an American Idol alumni, a teen mental health advocate, the creator of an inspired journal for both teens and children, a many others. They have so much insight to share and provide hope along the way.
What resources or tools would you like me to discuss?  Is there someone you know who has created an inspired program or tool that has been helpful for your family?  Have you found strategies that help your family build more resilient faith or better connection with family members?
Send me a DM or email through the contact form on my website.
